Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist, Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review semi-monthly/bi-weekly payrolls for multiple medical practice clients using ADP and other payroll systems
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions while maintaining compliance with regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to payroll and assist with year-end processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of payroll processing experience; ADP payroll experience is required
• Preferred background working with healthcare or medical practice clients
• Experience in a payroll service provider environment is preferred
• FPC or CPP certification is a plus but not required
