Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing duties, including reconciliations and accruals
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and assist with audits and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience, including financial reporting
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with accounting software
• Experience in system implementation and process improvement
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred
