Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Maintenance and Life Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise maintenance and operations of facilities in the assigned region
• Plan and coordinate maintenance department activities to ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
• Maintain the region in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, free from hazards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of experience in a regional role preferred
• 2+ years managing projects
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
