Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational efficiency and performance of the subrogation pod to meet productivity and recovery goals
• Act as the primary liaison between the pod and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Design and implement workflows to streamline the subrogation process and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in health insurance, legal, property casualty, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of file handling experience with strong operational performance
• Strong training, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
