Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams in Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity functions
• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and operational efficiency
• Manage performance metrics and oversee offshore vendor partnerships for operational success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related areas
• Strong people management experience required
• Proven expertise in payer auditing and chargemaster oversight
• Experience using Athena EHR is required
