Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Channel Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly billing process for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on forecasting and maintain clean pipeline data
• Manage a team of direct reports and drive the execution of the ThreatDown Partner Program

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a relevant field, including management experience
• Previous experience in SaaS and operational processes related to billing for MSPs
• Familiarity with VAR, MSP, and Distribution contracts
• Experience with Salesforce for sales forecasting and reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
