Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Operations Lead to drive critical growth initiatives and enhance clinical strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO to design and execute strategic projects that advance clinical strategy and business growth
• Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives, ensuring quality output and timely delivery aligned with company priorities
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps through qualitative and quantitative analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting, preferably at a consulting firm
• Experience in healthcare or digital health, with understanding of clinical operations and regulatory environments preferred
• Exceptional analytical and business development skills with the ability to structure complex problems and interpret operational data
• Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives from conception through delivery
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred
