As Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO and Digital) you're responsible for leveraging expertise to support the planning, development, and execution of various digital projects and campaigns across EMEA.
What you'll do:- Develop and execute engaging digital marketing plans for the EMEA region, collaborating with the broader Marketing Team to drive lead generation and revenue.
- Plan and drive SEO initiatives across EMEA by planning, building, and monitoring organic campaigns, and evaluating keyword positioning and performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies for backlinking, graphic materials, and video production as required for marketing initiatives.
- Create effective landing page layouts to enhance performance for Email, Paid Search, and Paid Social campaigns.
- Plan and oversee A/B testing activities to foster a test-and-learn environment, aiming to achieve optimal digital results.
- Ensure the internal linking structure is effectively set up across all EMEA website regions.
- Analyze and measure digital marketing performance, producing regular reports and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement. Use data and digital insights to inform the development of strategies supporting business growth.
- Serve as the owner of the EMEA websites, collaborating with local demand generation specialists to align content with the global website.
- Continuously optimize demand capture metrics on EMEA websites.
- Closely monitor website analytics to gain insights into traffic patterns and understand what drives revenue.
- Work closely with website development teams to enhance customer journeys and usability. Advocate for organic content creation, ensuring all content is optimized for search engine performance.
- Define the strategy and establish best practices for Paid Social and Paid Advertising efforts within EMEA.
What it takes:- Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and social media.
- SEO Proficiency: Skilled in SEO, keyword research, backlinking, and using tools like Google Analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze digital metrics and translate insights into strategy.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic HTML, CSS, and CMS knowledge for landing page and site optimization.
- Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns, including A/B testing.
- Content Optimization: Knowledge of UX and user journeys for improved usability and SEO alignment.
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills for managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Stays updated on digital trends and adapts strategies as needed.
- Results-Oriented: Proven record of driving leads, brand presence, and revenue through digital efforts.
