Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a marketing generalist who excels in implementing and managing multi-channel marketing strategies, including website management, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing for university partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and manage account relationships with university partners to understand specific needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage marketing projects for several university partnerships simultaneously.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to acquire new leads and nurture prospects through to becoming students for university partners. 
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise sales, Admissions, and Community teams, as well as functional specialists on the Marketing team.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Create and curate content for various social media platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Work with performance marketing manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
  • Provide regular funnel performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in higher education or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in project management, website management, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing a number of tools including (e.g., Monday, Customer.io, Salesforce, Sprout Social).
  • Experience in Higher Education, Talent Acquisition, or Software industry is a plus.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B is a plus.
  • MBA is a plus.

Expected Compensation: 

  • $70K-$90K
