A company is looking for a Product Led Growth Leader to establish the Product-Led Growth function across its portfolio of ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Product-Led Growth strategy for early-stage companies
• Architect and optimize automated self-service customer acquisition funnels and onboarding experiences
• Design and test data-driven strategies for user activation, engagement, and retention

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth, product management, or marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in Product-Led Growth frameworks and SaaS retention strategies
• Proficiency in data analytics and experimentation methodologies
• Demonstrable track record of scaling B2B or B2C SaaS products using a Product-Led Growth model
• Deep experience with modern PLG tech stack and product analytics tools
