Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager responsible for overseeing payroll operations for U.S. and Canadian employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll and oversee Canadian payroll, including equity, bonuses, and commissions
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain strong internal controls
• Drive payroll process improvements, automation, and documentation to support scalability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth technology environment
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll practices
• Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Teampay; familiarity with Workday HRIS preferred
• In-depth understanding of tax, benefits, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and build strong cross-functional partnerships
