Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant- Client Services Manager for a 1-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Assist clients with budget entry, expense tracking, and monthly contributions management
• Manage year-end 1099 preparation for vendors and maintain client-specific documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with over 10 years of accounting experience
• Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and General Ledger systems
• Proficiency in Excel, O365, and QuickBooks
• Experience in managing multiple clients and projects
• Controller-level experience for small to mid-sized companies or non-profits is preferred
