Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across a multi-unit retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with an outsourced payroll provider
• Manage payroll operations and teams while driving process improvements
• Build and lead an internal payroll team as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing
• 2+ years of experience managing payroll operations and teams
• 2+ years of experience using UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
• Thorough understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and wage compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred
