Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Controller for its Not For Profit Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise accounting and financial reporting for clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Manage client relationships and the accounting department, including onboarding and policy approval processes
• Develop and mentor finance and accounting team members while identifying opportunities for business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7+ years of combined Finance and Accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of Life Sciences experience
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
