As a travel specialist, you will provide expert advice and personalized service to Polish-speaking clients, helping them plan their dream itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients in devising and booking their travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide customized travel recommendations based on clients' preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Handle inquiries efficiently through various communication channels, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and special promotions to offer informed options.
• Manage bookings meticulously, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive execution of all travel arrangements.
• Address any issues or concerns faced by clients during the booking process or their travels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or as a travel specialist is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
