Polish Speaking Financial Services Support Agent - Athens (Remote in Greece)

This position is based in Athens, Greece, with the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients in the financial services sector. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-quality service and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients in relation to financial services and products via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with their inquiries about accounts, transactions, and general financial services-related matters.
• Offer guidance and support on the use of financial products while ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their options.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and facilitate quick resolutions.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies during customer interactions.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within the financial services industry, is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with CRM software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
