Polish Speaking IT Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

We are currently looking for a Polish Speaking IT Support Specialist to provide remote assistance while based in Greece. This role is perfect for dynamic candidates with strong technical skills eager to deliver outstanding support to Polish-speaking clients in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to Polish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware effectively.
• Guide customers on product usage, updates, and best practices to optimize their experience.
• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and provide insights for product enhancements.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to provide accurate support.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for IT equipment and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is a plus.
• Able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
