Polish Speaking IT Representative for Leading Tech Firm-Athens(Remote in Greece)

You will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive top-notch technical assistance while enhancing their overall experience with the firm's services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients requiring IT support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Document all client interactions and solutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Educate clients on software applications and hardware usage.
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement in IT support processes.
• Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships.

• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, systems, and service best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in an accessible way.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
