Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Specialist I to provide product support for cardiac monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and internal staff to maintain compliance and troubleshoot devices
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
• Document and track communication and compliance using various software tools

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma; college education preferred
• 3 years of experience in administrative or healthcare roles with direct customer contact
• Familiarity with the structure and policies of a medical office setting
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
