A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support to employees through an Employee Assistance Program
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a counselor or therapist in the relevant state
• Experience in providing counseling services, preferably in an EAP setting
• Knowledge of mental health resources and crisis intervention techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
