A company is looking for a Renewal Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and transactions to drive resident growth and retention
• Negotiate lease terms and explain community policies to residents
• Monitor personal performance and communicate market trends to team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Preferred experience as a Senior Leasing Consultant or Leasing Consultant in a large community
• Minimum of two years in customer service or sales and negotiation experience
• Comfortable with high call volume and using dual screens for communication
• Ability to handle complex situations and coach team members effectively
