Senior Solutions Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Support Engineer to support customers in adopting and maximizing the value of their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during implementation and post-sale support
  • Deliver technical onboarding and training while creating and updating training materials
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions and assist with integrations and configurations
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or implementation in a SaaS environment
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python, and front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
