• Review and process member prescriptions or prior authorizations, ensuring data accuracy
• Consult with healthcare providers and pharmacy technicians regarding clinical information and coverage determinations
• Organize workload and comply with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Active State Pharmacist License in Texas
• Experience working in a call center environment is preferred
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems and navigate various screens
• Must have a secure home workspace and reliable internet access
