IT Support Engineer

It helps people improve their nutritional habits through personalized programs, meal tracking, and health insights, which allows them to lead healthier and happier lives.Now, we are taking the next big step and working on a new revolutionary AI product that helps each person improve their health in a fun and engaging way.

We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer who will join our Tech team.

What you will do:

  • Manage around 250 Apple devices and Windows;
  • Provide IT support to ~250 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently;
  • Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions;
  • Improve onboarding and off boarding processes by creating automations;
  • Manage internal accesses;
  • Internal IT services procurement and inventory;
  • End user devices procurement and inventory.

What we look for:

  • 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 200+ devices;
  • 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines;
  • 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust;
  • Basic understanding of network protocols;
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience with any EDR solution
  • Terraform
  • Any scripting language
