Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Compliance Consultant, responsible for supporting the compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating the compliance program's seven elements, including policies, training, and oversight
• Collaborate with the Compliance Director and team to ensure compliance standards are met
• Support the identification and resolution of compliance-related risks under supervision

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in health insurance, compliance, legal, or a highly regulated industry
• Experience in identifying relational impacts for compliance risks
• Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Auditing or monitoring experience is a plus
