Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload involving divorce, custody, support, modifications, and enforcement
• Conduct discovery, attend hearings and mediations, and draft pleadings
• Provide strategic client counsel

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Florida-licensed attorney
• Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience
• Ability to appear in court as necessary
• Experience with case management tools
• Flexible to accommodate remote or hybrid work arrangements
