Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to provide part-time support on a fully remote contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage template-based contracts and form documents
• Handle state and federal corporate and securities filings
• Support venture financings, corporate formations, and governance documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally in a startup or emerging companies practice
• Familiarity with venture financings, corporate governance, and employment compliance
• Prior experience managing data rooms and diligence documentation preferred
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with tools such as Carta, Diligent, or DocuSign is helpful
