Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports on relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Experience in litigation or relevant legal practice
• Understanding of insurance law and legal procedures
• Willingness to participate in training and mentorship programs
