Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to support its legal team and optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead workflows, policies, and processes to enhance legal team efficiency
• Implement and manage legal technology tools and oversee vendor arrangements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational initiatives and maintain centralized legal knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or related project management roles
• Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with commercial transactions preferred
• Background with legal systems and technologies such as Ironclad and ServiceNow is a plus
• BA/BS from a top university with strong academic credentials
• Familiarity with contracting and procurement processes is a plus but not required
