Establish and manage a compliance program to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across the enterprise
Oversee regulatory audits and coordinate corrective action plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Master's Degree preferred; experience in health plan settings is a plus
7-9 years of preferred experience
