Job Summary
Our Reward Analyst helps design compensation programs for OPEN Health. They work with our People, Talent Engagement, and Finance teams to develop solutions and implement programs following the company’s business strategy and compensation philosophy. They play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees in multiple disciplines within OPEN Health. They also own new and established broker relationships and aid in the transition to a global provider along with driving the benefits renewal process.

As a Reward Analyst at OPEN Health, you'll embark on a fulfilling journey where you are an important piece of the puzzle in shaping the compensation strategy for the entire organization. Located in London with a hybrid working model, you will collaborate with the Global Head of Reward, the People and Talent Engagement teams, and even the Finance group to devise tailored solutions that align with OPEN Health’s mission and business strategy. Among your responsibilities will be overseeing global benefits programs, managing the open enrollment process, participating in detailed market benchmarking, and maintaining vital relationships with brokers that aid in the transition to a global provider. You will also assist with annual pay reviews and job evaluations while ensuring that compensation data within the HRIS system remains accurate and up-to-date. With an unwavering commitment to compliance and legal standards, your role will help navigate the complexities of global legislation impacting benefits.
