As a People Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing complex change initiatives within our organization. You'll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing data, and liaising with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also need to be flexible to work evenings as required and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring data accuracy. You'll also develop and implement effective change management strategies, create and distribute essential communication materials, facilitate consultation processes, and monitor project progress. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate records, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and suggesting enhancements.
