Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to develop and manage relationships with Loan Originators for Non-Qualified Mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Non-QM products to enhance loan production
• Educate Loan Originators on Non-QM programs and conduct engagement activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide market feedback for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in wholesale mortgage sales, particularly with Non-QM products
• Proven track record of meeting production goals
• NMLS license may be required based on state regulations
• Strong understanding of Non-QM loan programs and related documentation
