Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant II to provide pre-sales technical and strategic support to clients and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into business value
• Provide functional and technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of the platform and APIs
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and conduct custom Security Reviews while advocating for customers internally

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role, focusing on SaaS
• A technical background with experience working with APIs
• Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation
• BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and/or Mandarin preferred
