Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue through sales to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling products and services to new and existing key accounts
• Collect and analyze business information to identify sales prospects and prepare sales presentations
• Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
• Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
• Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
• Expert negotiation skills and a strong work ethic
• Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
