Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate approval routing for commercial and consumer lead assignments
• Monitor cold lead assignment counts in alignment with sales strategy
• Assist with distribution updates and collaborate on approval routing as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a deadline-driven role
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other software systems
