Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Attorney - Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding imports, exports, and trade regulations
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on legal considerations related to regulatory and trade compliance
• Manage compliance aspects of supply chain security, logistics, and transportation

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States
• Experience in regulatory and trade compliance, including ESG, ITAR, and foreign trade zones
• Knowledge of supply chain security and logistics
• Part-time availability for 15-20 hours of work per week
