A company is looking for a Procurement Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on vendor contracts and procurement-related matters, including confidentiality and dispute resolution
• Draft and negotiate complex procurement contracts while collaborating with a global team of legal professionals
• Improve procurement processes and policies to enhance supplier relationships and contract management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing to practice law in-house
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, contract law, or commercial agreements
• Proven ability to lead complex vendor transactions and assess legal risks
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and vendor due diligence processes
