Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
5+ years of in-house corporate compliance experience required
3+ years of HR compliance experience with knowledge of California and New York state employment laws
Professional certifications such as CCEP or CRCM are preferred
