A company is looking for an Estate Planning Consultant to support high net-worth individuals and business owners with their estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through sophisticated trust and estate planning needs, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Conduct valuation of companies, deed research, cash flow analysis, and address succession issues
• Implement estate planning strategies and work on entity reorganization for diverse business owners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in trust, estate planning, probate, and fiduciary matters
• Experience with passthrough entities, entity selection, and transaction modeling
• Understanding of tax reporting requirements and ability to read financial statements and tax returns
• Demonstrated success in managing professional relationships and delivering client services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a desire to provide solutions to client problems
