Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of personal injury matters with minimal supervision
• Draft, prepare, and file court pleadings and motions
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Tennessee, in good standing
• Extensive knowledge of Nashville judicial and local court rules is preferred
• Strong litigation and case management skills
