Job Description

The Marketing Operations and Enablement function ensures strategy, resources, and execution are aligned to drive marketing outcomes. This team ensures overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department, ensuring that the marketing programs are executed seamlessly on time and within budget, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.  

The Marketing Program Management team will focus on successful execution of priority Marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. They will work with agency partners as well as internal teams across Brand, Content, and Culture, Marketing and Menu Strategy, Digital, and Field Marketing.  

The Manager, Marketing Program Management will be responsible for the execution of new or complex national marketing campaigns and manages more complex, high-priority marketing initiatives.  

Primary Accountabilities: 

  • Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of national marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. 
  • Program Management: Oversee multiple marketing programs and projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Team Coordination: Mentor and guide junior program managers, providing support and direction as needed to ensure team success. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing initiatives. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing project/program management  
  • Preferred quick service restaurant or retail industry experience  
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns and projects. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
