The Opportunity

Our Social Media Manager is a dynamic, digitally-savvy professional with a passion for community building and storytelling. You are a skilled communicator who thrives on making authentic connections, both online and offline.

With a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills, you’re confident managing content across platforms like Facebook, Meta, YouTube and TikTok, and are adept at engaging with diverse audiences. You’ll proactively monitor conversations, moderate comments, and handle user-generated content with care. Comfortable working with data, you turn insights into actionable strategies that amplify brand presence. You’re a self-starter who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role, seamlessly collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful and engaging social experiences.  

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Bachelors level qualification in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of content moderation and community management best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyse social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in handling UGC and implementing strategies to enhance user engagement.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact.
