Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Analyst - Specialty Lending (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with credit approval and regulatory requirements
• Conduct due diligence and manage inquiries while supporting the legal team on commercial lending matters
• Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and bank policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant paralegal experience in financial institutions
• Detailed knowledge of syndicated and securitized lending transactions
• Certified Paralegal Certification from an accredited program preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
