A company is looking for a Corporate Vendor Contracts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex vendor agreements, including various types of service and license agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, legal risks, and compliance requirements
• Maintain contract databases and facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve contract issues

Required Qualifications

• Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership
• 6+ years of experience in-house or at a large law firm
• Strong negotiating skills related to legal, financial, and commercial issues
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and critical judgment skills in contract negotiations and risk assessments
