Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and associates on tasks related to assigned cases
• Prepare drafts of pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs
• Conduct factual and legal research and handle client-facing litigation tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Three to five years of general litigation experience preferred
• Active member of a US State Bar in good standing
• Experience with complex litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
