Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR and benefits teams, managers, and employees
  • Provide expert guidance and support for leave of absence inquiries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing leave of absence administration for mid to large companies
  • Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations related to leaves
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, and experience with leave management systems
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
