International Tax Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Max Support International Tax Representative to provide client support for international tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for assigned accounts, addressing questions related to ONESOURCE Income Tax and related products
• Conduct quality monitoring and follow up on customer communications, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Maintain client relationships and provide feedback to management regarding client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of international tax compliance experience preferred
• Experience with Direct Tax ONESOURCE software, CorpTax, or related software required
• Subject matter expertise in international income tax forms (e.g., 8858, 8865, 5471)
• CPA license preferred, but not required
