Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret accounting policy for unique business transactions
• Manage accounting activities for merger and acquisition integrations and the annual audit
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for compliance and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college
• CPA required
• A minimum of eight years of related experience, with prior managerial experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion strongly preferred
