Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US employees, including data entry and remittances
• Prepare payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end tasks
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support the CFO

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in commerce, business, or a related field; Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is an asset
• 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in Canada and the US
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Oracle NetSuite
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial data flows
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
